Orders are delivered via Safex to residential and business addresses in India . In NCR orders are delivered via Safex/Company owned vehicle. Delivery takes place on weekdays, usually between 10am-5pm (excluding Public Holidays).

Within the first two years from the delivery date of your product sparkletop offers two years right to submit complaints regarding workmanship and material defects. This does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation. In case of a defective product, Sparkletop offers to repair, replace or credit the product.DAMAGE caused by transportation
In case of obvious damage, we recommend that you accept the goods only with reservations or refuse to receive it. In the case of pre-paid or returned goods that are cancelled prior to shipping, the purchase price will be refunded. The refund is usually transferred within 30 days to the credit card used for the purchase. On request the amount may be refunded by bank transfer.
